How to solve a problem - The awareness wheel

How to solve a problem: a technique to examine problems from different angles and  achieve  the best solution.

A problem is often caused by our difficulty to decide what to do, because we’re confused: what should we do? What will other people say? What could happen?

While we’re  trying to answer all these questions, we lose sight of the most important thing: what  do I want to do, and why?

This technique will help us to focus on this point . Once we understand what we really want to do, it becomes easier to consider  external factors (such as other people’s opinion, or potential consequences). Keeping our own will as reference point will help us make a decision.
